The VI World Folkloriada begins its march through the republic

 

The VI CIOFF®️ World Folkloriada begins its march through the republic. Today, the groups will head to 4 festival districts. Spectacular concert programs will be held in 22 municipalities of the republic. Today at 13.00 the festival will begin in Salavat (2a, Pervomayskaya str., the square in front of the building of the recreation center "Neftekhimik"). The audience will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the culture of such countries as Austria, Bolivia, Slovakia, Greece, Mexico, Indonesia, Russia. At 15.00, teams from Cameroon, Palestine, France, Belarus, Northern Macedonia, Peru, Ecuador, Romania will perform in the Mishkinsky District (Mishkino village, 42  Sportivnaya str.,  the square in front of the UIA FOK "Triumph" building). At the same time, the participants will be hosted by the Dyurtyulinsky District (Dyurtyuli, Lenin Street, 39, the square in front of the Administration building). Groups from Azerbaijan, Croatia, India, Estonia, Chile, Paraguay and Benin will show a colorful program.

At 15.00, the concert program will also begin in the Abzelilovsky District (Askarovo village, 39, Lenin Street, the square in front of the Administration building), where representatives of such countries as Hungary, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Costa Rica, the USA, Switzerland, Albania will demonstrate their culture and traditions.

The republic will be represented at the creative forum by art collectives of cities and districts. The audience will also be able to see the performances of foreign guests in Ufa. At 14.00, ensembles of Poland, Panama, and Italy will present a unique show on the upper platform of the Toratau Congress Hall. At 18.00 in the Amphitheater of the  "Toratau" Congress Hall a concert program will be launched featuring the participants of the Folkloriada: Bulgaria, Spain, Kazakhstan, Colombia. The headliners of the evening will be the Orenburg State Academic Russian Folk Choir, Russian singer Tina Kuznetsova and the folk project Zventa Sventana. Every day from 11.00 to 17.30, the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan will host the International Exhibition "Masks of the Peoples of the World" and the International Photo Exhibition "Musical Instruments of the peoples of the World". Admission is free, masks are required.
