A unique number of artists from Paraguay

During the days of the Folkloriada, the ensemble from Paraguay will go on a tour of the regions of Bashkiria.
Hot sunny Paraguay at the VI World Folkloriada CIOFF®️ will be presented by the ensemble “Aiberoamericano”. This South American country has a rich culture that is a fusion of Native American and Spanish cultures.

Now the team, led by Nancy Cristaldo, is actively rehearsing. T-shirts with the folklore logo were made especially for the members of the ensemble in Paraguay. “Aiberoamericano” will bring to the Republic of Bashkortostan a traditional folk Paraguayan dance with jugs and bottles balancing on the head. It is performed by girls in 19th-century costumes.

During the folklore days, the collective will go to the North-West Festival District with concerts.
On July 5, the “Aiberoamericano”  ensemble will perform in the Dyurtyulinsky region, on July 6 - in Yanaulsky, on July 7 - in Tatyshlinsky, on July 8 - in Neftekamsk. The concert tour will end on July 9 with a performance in the Ilishevsky district, after which the team will return to Ufa.

Just to remind the VI World Folkloriad CIOFF®️ will be held from 3 to 10 July 2021 in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The opening ceremony will take place in Ufa at the Ufa-Arena Ice Palace on July 3, 2021.
