Within the framework of the VI World Folkloriada CIOFF®, two exhibitions will be open at once at the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

On July 4, at 9:00 am, the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan will open two exhibitions at once, timed to coincide with the VI World Folkloriada CIOFF®: the International Exhibition “Masks of the Nations of the World” and the International Photo Exhibition “Musical Instruments of the Nations of the World”.

The International Exhibition will feature masks from all over the world. In addition, visitors will be able to see photos and videos related to this element of traditional culture. The exhibition aims to popularize masks as a unique part of the cultural heritage.

On the same day, a photo exhibition of traditional musical instruments, created by CIOFF® Youth Coordinating Committee organizations around the world, will begin. The aim of the project is to promote the idea of ​​cultural diversity through music and at the same time to demonstrate the similarity of different cultures. The unique exhibition was visited by thousands of spectators around the world during various major festivals and events in countries such as Argentina, Italy, Colombia, Paraguay, Portugal, Russia, North Macedonia, Slovenia, USA, Turkey, France and Chile.

The expositions will run until July 9 at the address: st. Sovetskaya, 14. Admission is free. The use of a mask is mandatory.
