Folk group from Mexico announced

One of the most fascinating countries in the world is Mexico. It is a country with rich history and traditions, rooting from the ancient times and hidden in them. Mexico can naturally be considered as the cradle of ancient civilizations. Its capital the Mexico is one of the oldest cities in the North America. There one can find one of the 7 wonders of the world the pyramid Chichen Itza and the most significant tourist attraction of the country – the city of gods Teotihuacan.

Mexico is a country of contrasts. There we can find ancient pyramids, standing next to modern skyscrapers, Edenic coasts and the largest volcanic Ring of Fire. Mexico’s rich culture is a surprising fusion of native and colonial traditions.

At the VI CIOFF® World Folkloriada this country will be represented by the folk group Ballarta Azteka, which was assembled in 2003, but has already awarded dozens times at multiple international and domestic festivals. On 3-10 July, 2021 in the Republic of Bashkortostan the group will show us true Mexican spirit and will charge us with a strong wave of positive so nobody is left unadmiring.
