A festive concert was held in Ufa in honor of the closing of the VI CIOFF®️ World Folkloriada

On July 10, a festive concert dedicated to the end of the VI CIOFF®️ World Folkloriada took place in the Amphitheater of the Congress Hall.
We remind that the festival of folk cultures was held in Bashkortostan from July 3 to 10.

The concert featured performances by local bands: these are the Faizi Gaskarov State Academic Ensemble of Filk Dance and  "Argymak" Folk Rock Band. Also, the participants of the Folkloriada presented their bright, original, memorable shows. Groups from Bolivia, Costa Rica, Colombia, Croatia, Estonia, Cameroon, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Montenegro, Panama, France, Paraguay, Mexico, Romania, Russia, Ecuador and Chile, Switzerland, Uzbekistan performed on the stage. Camilla from the Costa Rican band "Matambu" shared that in her opinion, the Folkloriada was a success.
"It was an amazing holiday! There are so many different peoples gathered here in Ufa, I am very happy to be among them!", she said.
Sarai and Christopher from the Mexican group "Vallarta Azteca" noted that their expectations from the holiday were confirmed: "We were able to get acquainted with the rich diversity of the peoples who gathered for the holiday. In addition, we hoped to demonstrate our culture to the participants and hold a great show. Obviously, we have succeeded in all this!", they said. At the end of the performances, the participants of the Folkloriada tied stripes with their good wishes on the branches of the symbolic World Tree.
The headliners of the evening were the State Academic Russian Folk Choir of Pyatnitsky, The No Smoking Orchestra and Emir Kusturica.
